Message from the Chairman

The Platinum Group Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries (“the Company”) give importance to and adhere to conducting business with transparency, honesty and integrity and are committed to resisting all forms of corruption. The Company also strictly comply with the law against corruption and is well aware that corruption not only affect the Company’s business operations, reputation and image, but also significantly hinder the Company’s sustainable growth and the development of the country.

As the Company operates as part of society and aims to anticipate Thailand free from corruption, the Company has joined the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) which the Company has been certified as a member. In addition, the Company has set the anti-corruption and corruption policy, as well as the anti-corruption and corruption measures in writing to serve as a guideline for all levels of the Company's personnel to adhere to in their work, and also for relevant stakeholders to be aware of the Company's intentions and business operations.

The Company believes that the Company's business operations and the responsibility of the Company's executives and employees at all levels are conducted with honesty and integrity, adhering to moral principles and ethics, not committing or participating in any form of fraud and corruption, in order to jointly develop the Company into a transparent organization that is trusted by all stakeholders, which will be an important foundation for business operations and sustainable growth in the future.
